At Crystal Hall, we offer exceptional nursing care for up to 64 residents in our specially designed, purpose built facility. Nestled in the picturesque Lancashire Countryside near Preston, we provide a warm and inviting environment.

We offer care, comfort, and companionship, ensuring our residents and their families feel truly at home. Our dedicated and highly trained team is available 24/7 to provide personalized care and support tailored to each individual's needs. We take pride in our exceptional care, encouraging residents to live the life they desire, promoting their independence, supporting their interests, and addressing their specific medical requirements.
We specialise in Bipolar/Manic Depression, Complex Behaviour/Psychosis, Head/Brain Injury, Huntington's Disease, Korsakoff Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and Schizophrenia.
With shared living and dining areas, we create opportunities for social interaction and community integration. Our person-centred approach ensures everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Each resident has a personalized care plan that recognizes their unique needs, preferences, and wishes.
Our weekly fee includes laundry services, all meals and utilities, activities, and exceptional care.

Our Activities Team is highly creative and works diligently to ensure strong participation in activities that foster physical, mental, and social stimulation. We offer both group activities and one-on-one time.
Our residents have a wide variety of needs, and our bustling activity schedules are designed to reflect this diversity
Home cooked meals
Our dedicated chefs provide home cooked nutritious appetizing food, catering to all dietary and religious requirements. Our chefs are fully trained on the IDDSI framework. Mealtimes are our protected times allowing our residents to enjoy freshly prepared food in a relaxed restaurant style dining room. Snack and drinks available 24/7. We always offer two meal options, and our chefs will happily offer alternatives if nothing on the menu appeals. Families can be included to join their loved one at mealtimes on request.
