Our story

Crestview Care was founded with a passion for providing exceptional care and support to older people and people with disabilities or health conditions. Our team of dedicated professionals goes above and beyond to create a home-like atmosphere where residents can feel safe, valued, and cared for. We believe in treating every resident with compassion, integrity, and respect, and strive to make a positive impact on their lives every day.

Crestview Care was formed by highly experienced Care and Housing Specialists and family orientated investors. Being accessible to people who live in the homes and valuing a personal relationship between everyone living and working in the home is one of our key values. Our homes are filled with a feeling of companionship, warmth and collaboration. We have a passion for providing the best quality services to everyone we support.

Our mission

Our mission is to enhance the lives of ageing adults and people with disabilities or health conditions by providing fabulous places to live and work. We focus on person-centred care, beautiful and accessible living spaces, and skilled, compassionate staff. We actively engage families and the community, promote health and wellness through various activities and services, and commit to continuous improvement based on feedback to ensure a supportive and vibrant environment.

Care & facilities

At Crestview Care, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care tailored to the unique needs of each person we care for. Our skilled nursing staff is available 24/7, and we offer specialised dementia and memory care, as well as short-term respite care.

Our comfortable, accessible accommodations are set in beautiful surroundings, with nutritious dining services, a variety of recreational activities, and comprehensive health and wellness programs. Our community areas foster social interaction, creating a supportive and enriching environment where residents can thrive.

Our vision

To be the care home of choice, based on our reputation for excellence.

Our values

We care about our residents and their families.
We believe all our residents are entitled to high quality, responsive services.
We will be innovative in the care we provide, enabling our residents to fully experience life in the way they choose and remain as independent as possible.

Crestview Care is privately funded by a Family Office. It has no debt and no financial responsibilities outside the day to day running of the service. This means we have no bankers, overdrafts or finance houses controlling what we do, making changes cuts or plans we don’t agree with. Care and housing professionals are in charge of decisions not accountants and bankers.

Vinny Bhandari

Investor Director

Graduating with a degree in Economics, the first half of my career was as a business owner in the garment industry. I was an importer and supplier to many of the UK’s largest retail chains. I have been an investor / developer of residential accommodation for the last 20 years, building homes for both sale and rent. Over the last 5 years, I have developed supported living and residential care schemes for vulnerable adults alongside other Crestview directors. I am passionate about providing high quality care and accommodation for those who need it the most.

Whilst my expertise is in commerce and development, my strength is in my personal values. My ethical approach to people and business is at the heart of everything I do.

My role at Crestview Care as an investor / director is to ensure we make the right business investment decisions, commercially and ethically, embedding the company’s culture into the day-to-day decision making and ensuring we continue to provide high quality services to our residents.

Arjun Bhandari

Investor Director

I graduated with a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath. I have been working in the asset management sector for 14 years and am a CFA Charterholder. Currently my role is Portfolio Manager on a variety of different fixed income Funds with an AUM of around £1bn.

I am a diligent and detail oriented investor who is always focused on providing the best outcomes for my clients who I believe should be at the heart of every decision we make.

My role at Crestview is to help assist in decision making, financials and support the Care team wherever possible in operational aspects.

Ashish Mahajan

Investor Director

With a degree in business administration and over 25 years of experience in setting up a variety of diverse businesses, I've self attained management skills both as an active investor and as a founder. Over current and past businesses, I have acquired immense experience in founding and leading a high-value trading business in Dubai with a Topline of $200 Million, managing property development ventures in the UK and establishing large & extensive real estate projects in North India. I have also founded a finance company in India and am an active investor in a garments manufacturing company and a few promising startups there. I consider myself to be highly motivated, believing strongly in creating value for the business over the long term, and hold teamwork and delegation in high esteem.

My responsibilities as an Investor and Director at Crestview will include financial oversight at the group level, making decisions concerning new property acquisitions, and ensuring that our business plan consistently aligns with the operations of the business. Our primary objective will be to maintain a balance between providing residents with quality healthcare and meeting the financial targets of the business.
